At only twenty-one years of age, Daniel Hastings is a young man headed for the top of his game. As Assistant Chief Acquisitions Assessor for a major property development firm, Daniel earns his company a fortune by turning remote pieces of paradise into billion-dollar resorts for his clients.
That is until he arrives on the tiny Caribbean island of Saint Etienne where he comes face-to-face with the man who walked out of his life just when the two of them were beginning to understand one another… his estranged stepfather Nick.
Between them burns the secret as to why Nick left in the first place, but will the heat on this tropical island be enough to fan the embers and ignite a love neither of them can deny? Can Daniel trust his heart enough to believe in second chances? Will he discover there’s more to life than profits and acquisitions? Or will his career take priority over the life he was destined to live?

My Rating - 5 Stars!
If you like taboo, you need to check out Anchor Of My Heart by Geoffrey Knight. It's a hot and steamy romance between stepson and stepfather. Need I say more? You won't be disappointed. As with all Geoffrey Knight books, there's a good plot and fantastic writing. Do not miss out on this gem!
