Extended Stay is a great romance by Mia Monroe. The first book in the California Crush series, this one had me entertained throughout. 

This is a delightful friends to lovers romance that combines a double sexual awakening and plenty of heat. 

Atlas and Rome's story is fun, with some cute stumbling along the way. Their new feelings and developing relationship all happen via forced proximity. I enjoy the way they come together to fix up the old hotel. But, best of all, I love the way everything evolves between them. 

The writing is great, fully pulling me into the story immediately. The characters are charming and I can't wait to read more about the secondary characters. 

Extended Stay is fun great from start to finish. I love every moment of this Mia Monroe gem.

The Jerk Next Door is a fun and delicious enemies to lovers romance by Mia Monroe. 

Reign and Ace are neighbors who can't help but to antagonize one another. I enjoyed every moment of seeing them fight and then starting to lower the walls. They go from not being able to stand one another to connecting deeply and profoundly. Best of all though is watching a commitment phobe grow into loving himself and then someone else. 

It's beautiful. 

Their story is full of snark and banter. Their story is full of character growth and a sexual awakening. Yes, there are some major immature moments, but I was obviously in the mood to find them kind of funny. 

The Jerk Next Door is a sweet and compelling romance. This Mia Monroe story hit all the marks for me and left me delighted to have met these men and followed their journey.

Becoming Daddy is the third book in the Mia Monroe's Love in LA series. And, omg, I love it! It's easily read as a standalone, but I am definitely going back and reading the earlier books. 

If you enjoy menage romances, you will love this story. Alex and Zanden are husbands who take a liking to Ramos. Cue the fun!

Luckily for the reader, there are a lot of layers in this storyline. Alex and Zaden's marriage is wonderful, but they definitely need Ramos to bring their relationship to a better balance. I enjoy every aspect of these three men coming together. Their connection jumps off the pages throughout.

And then there's Alex's job and his relationship with his father. His dad's his boss, is ultra controlling, and sends Alex traveling way too often. I enjoy how this complicates things for his husband immensely, while also helping cement Ramos into the relationship. 

Oh man, Zander. I just love Zander and hurt for him at times. 

And omg, Ramos' role in the triad is fabulously written. It's complex and wonderfully fluid. I love how this character is able to find his place as a boy, while also being a Daddy sometimes. It's'truly amazing. 

Seriously, Becoming Daddy is a stellar menage romance. Mia Monroe brings all the feels in this multi-layered story. And, omg, if you like heat, read this now!

Dear lord, Mia Monroe's Catch Me is effin HOT! The fourth book in the Tattoos and Temptation series, it is amazing!

It starts with some sexual fun between two best friends and a third. And it is off the charts steamy.  And then there's a whole lot of emotion added in to create a fan-freakin-tastic read. 

Oh, the emotions! This is an emotional rollercoaster for sure. The longing, the want, the fears, and the doubts. There's so much going on to get these men to a happy ever after and I felt every single emotion. 

If it's the sex you're interested in, be prepared for some sizzling scenes. Their story includes docking, piercings, and more. It is sizzling.  

I love the way the dynamics chance, and the throuple is developed, Genesis and Luca are the ones to start the fun. But then Luca bonds with Cairo, while Gen is scared of getting emotionally involved. It is wonderfully developed. 

Gen and Ciaro have long been best friends who are secretly in love with each other, but were never able to make that first step. Luca is the one that's able to bring them together. The three man are all needed to balance this relationship. It's beautifully done, with no two being able to feel like a complete couple. And damn, every single second moment of hesitation and fear jumps off the pages. 

For more on the emotional front, Ciaro's loneliness is overwhelming at times. As are Gen's fears and doubts. All three men are longing to be a part of something bigger than themselves, and together they all find it. 

To be fair, there is one aspect of this story that I hated. The nickname. I definitely don't enjoy the constant nickname of "Boo." That drove  me crazy. Other than that, I love it all. And as much as the nickname makes me cringe, it would kill me to not rate this one a 5. It is just that good.

Catch Me is an amazing book. This Mia Monroe menage romance is compelling and riveting. It's seriously awesome. Mia delivers all the feels in this all consuming journey of friendship, trust, and love. There's angst galore but it's all so damn well written. I couldn't put this book down.

Good God, I love Mia Monroe's Free Me! The third book in the Tattoos and Temptation series, it is awesome!

This is a kinky second chance romance for Tate and Nixon. And omg, it is hot! Nixon's an experienced Shibari master who not only practices the art form, but also demonstrates it. 

Adding to the fun, Nixon has never been with a guy before. Cue his bisexual awakening when he sees Tate strung up in the ropes. 

Omg, the writing is fabulous. I could see Tate in the ropes. I could see the bulge outlined in his tights. I could feel the pressure of the ropes. I could feel the way the ropes freed Tate. And I could feel the way this turned on Nixon. 

Good god, seriously, every single moment is brought to life. The scenes are as sensual as can be, and dear god, the romance between the two is stunning. This is a story that oozes pain, hurt, and the rebuilding of trust. I love it all!

Free Me is a sexy friends to lovers romance that is a must read for anyone looking for a romance with Shibari. Mia Monroe adds many layers to this tale. It is by far my favorite of this series.

Mia Monroe's Fix Me, the second book in the Tattoos and Temptation series, is a great Daddy romance. Although there is something starting for these two in Marry Me, and it alludes to a past kiss, it is easily read as a standalone. 

Oh Saint. Saint is a big tough looking man who is terrified to try to date. He's been burnt in his past and can't allow himself to fall for someone. He never expected to give into the likes of Casper. 

Casper's never even wanted to date, having always been a one night stand kind of guy. Until he meets Saint. He can't stop thinking about the man with the Scottish accent and he can't stop trying to make him his. Casper has spent years struggling, in pain, and making too many bad decisions. His past had me wanting to wrap him up in my arms and protect him myself. He longs for support and love, a safe spot and a calmness in his life.  

And, oh the heat! The kilt scene is smoking! And that's just the beginning. Oh, their first sex scene between them is hot, and tender. Just read it, you'll know what I mean.  

Things are slow going between the two. They are total opposites on the outside, but deep down, they want the same thing. And in the end, the changes in both men is beautiful, making for a great read. 

Written in alternating 1st person present tense, it was a struggle for me at times, as I tend to find present tense awkward. But the men are intriguing, and the storyline riveting. If the writing was a little different though, this would have been a higher rating. 

Fix Me is another compelling story by Mia Monroe. If you like hurt men, you need to check out this book. This hurt/comfort read will draw you in and have you falling in love with Saint and Casper.

Marry Me, the first book in the Tattoos and Temptation Series, is a fun fake boyfriend romance by Mia Monroe. 

If you enjoy friends to lovers romances, this story is right up your alley. It's a GFY sexual awakening for Jude, as playing pretend boyfriend to help out his bestie Briar leads to some new found feelings. 

I adore sexual awakening tales, and this one is definitely a good choice, as it's sweet and low angst. The friendship between the men is strong from the start, and as the sexual exploration begins, the friendship just gets stronger. 

It's a story of self worth and confidence, and a story of discovering some past events are not quite what they seemed. 

Written in present tense, this wasn't always an easy read for me. It was definitely distracting for me. Because of this issue, it definitely wasn't the gem for me that it would have been otherwise. 

Marry Me is a combination of best friends, roommates, fake boyfriend, sexual awakening, and friends to lovers. Mia Monroe does a great job including a whole lot of sweetness into this story.

My Rating - 5 Stars!

Wow, Mia Monroe's The Secrets We Keep is a riveting romance. Seriously, I could not put it down. 

When we meet Cruz, he's fighting with his spoiled girlfriend Katy. She's beautiful but bitchy, but he's trapped by the fact that he works for her father. Omg, I hate her immediately.

When Katy's brother Leo shows up, Cruz is knocked on his ass. And I love it! The emotions are intense, and the storyline is riveting. The men have tough decisions to make, and they do lots of sexual exploring. 


Omg, I love this story that is essentially one seriously messed up situation. It's full of fear, cowardice, and sacrifice. There's intense hatred, intense connection, and intense chemistry throughout this a multi-layered plot. 

There are certainly moments that seems over the top, but I didn't care. I was fully invested, not able to read it fast enough.

Beware of the cheating though and skip this one if that's a trigger for you.

The Secrets We Keep is one of those special books that I knew would be a 5 Star read from page one. And it was. This Mia Monroe book held up to all my expectations. I love it all.

Wow, Mia Monroe's Damage is a riveting second chance romance. 

Three years after breaking Nolan's heart, Seppe is back in town. What follows is a mesmerizing slow burn second chance for these two men. 


It's a story of regret and hindsight, about knowing you made the wrong choices and trying to right them. A story of not understanding the depth of your love until you've lost it. It wonderfully explores that sometimes it isn't the right time to be a couple. Sometimes one needs to explore their dreams to realize what their dreams truly are. 

Their story is about priorities and figuring out what one really wants in life. It's a story about choosing love that involves a whole lot of pain and hurt. Seppe longs to repair the heart he'd previously broken, broken so badly that Nolan can't move forward.

It's perfect that they slowly get to know each other again. After such a tragic ending last time, there's no way Nolan is willing to give Seppe another chance without a lot of work. The author does a great job of taking the characters and readers through the wringer throughout this extraordinary story of making amends and choosing love. Their journey is a hard-fought one that's completely worth the reader's time. 
My first read from this author, I am hoping to go back and read her debut book. I love her writing, characters, and storyline. The depth of these men and their relationship is well developed and explored. It's absolutely fantastic.

At it's heart, Damage is an amazingly sweet and tender story of forgiveness. Mia Monroe excels in writing this beautiful romance. I can't recommend this book enough when you're in the mood for heartbreak.
