BLURB

What happens when your world is turned upside down?Seb juggles his newborn daughter, a pet piglet, and insomnia while searching for his missing mate. And despite the risks, he heads for Max’s childhood home.

As the alpha learns more about the omega’s former life from those who know him best, he can’t piece the puzzle together. But luck, bravado and ingenuity bring the mated pair face-to-face, and they celebrate their reunion with their daughter and extended family.

Foes become frenemies, though Seb’s inflated alpha ego almost destroys what he strives to protect.

Trixie relishes her role as big sister to Isla, but as the piglet grows up, the omega has trouble letting go of his first ‘baby’.

No one is who Max thinks they are as his father hides behind a mask and pulls the strings.

This is a 30,000-word, non-shifter, omegaverse novella, and it’s the third and final book in the Idriador series.

My Rating - 4 Stars!

The Alpha's Bond, by Colbie Dunbar, is a great wrap-up to the Idriador Chronicles series.

The story picks up with Seb, Isla and Trixie incomplete now that Max has been taken. Seb makes a plan and sets off to find his lover and re-unite their family.

Prepare yourself for humor. As usual, this crew will be sure to entertain you. But, seriously, the plane scene is hysterical!!!

In the end, the series wraps up well with The Alpha's Bond, with a HEA. In addition to the humor, we also get  more of the sweetness and adventure we've come to expect from this series. Colbie Dunbar has created some memorable characters and moments within this fun and light-hearted series.

Do you stop running when there’s no way to escape?Seb, Max and the piglet, Trixie, speed away from their farm, leaving everything behind. But their journey exposes some of the alpha’s secrets, infuriating the omega. Amid chaos, Max convinces Seb to spice up their life with role play and fancy dress.

As the pair bring new life into the world, Trixie is overcome with jealousy. It’s piglet versus parents as they engage in bouts of emotional back and forth.

And is Trixie planning a career move? Could the bright lights of stardom be luring the piglet from her small town existence?

The alpha and omega keep a low profile and make new friends who don’t question their history. But as they both discover, the past is never dead.

This is a 28,000-word, non-shifter, omegaverse novella, and it’s the second book in the Idriador series.

The Alpha's Word picks up where The Alpha's Vow leaves off..

Seb and Max are on the run with their beloved piglet, Trixie. They end up on a farm, hoping to be able to hide. But, the baby is due soon and how long will they be able to stay hidden.

You know something bad will happen, you just don't know what or when. But, in the meanwhile, Seb and Max are entertaining, and of course you'll enjoy sweet Trixie! The banter between the couple is fun and sweet.

I definitely recommend The Alpha's Word as a great follow up to Book 1 and I am excited to see what happens next.

Blurb

What happens when you’re thrown together and there’s no escape?Seb is a wealthy alpha who pursued his passion for working the land despite his family’s objections. Covered in tattoos, he favors short-term relationships over anything permanent.

But when Max, a Shakespeare-quoting backpacker, meets Seb in less than desirable circumstances, a misunderstanding has the omega accepting an offer that sends him hurtling in a new direction.

And then there’s Trixie, a tiny, pink piglet who has the run of Seb’s home and has captured his heart. She adores apples, riding on the alpha’s motorbike and plenty of snuggles. And it’s love at first sight when she comes face to face with Max.

Set against the backdrop of an unspoiled landscape and a lake that’s both serene and treacherous, Seb and Max’s relationship blossoms until a storm disrupts not only the surroundings, but also their future.

This is a 28,000-word, non-shifter, omegaverse novella, and it’s the first book in the Idriador series.

The Alpha's Vow, by Colbie Dunbar, is a cute little mpreg story.

I must admit to being a little confused at the beginning of this story, but in the end I came to understand the importance of the way they met.

This is definitely not your typical mpreg romance, as Seb has never been looking for his mate, feeling that since he couldn't keep his former lovers, he won't be able to keep anyone.

Max meanwhile, is a sweet, poetic omega who just might be able to change Seb's mind.

The Alpha's Vow contains an adorable piglet, confrontations, family issues, and a cliffhanger. Colbie Dunbar has definitely intrigued me and I need to know what happens next!

Omega's Triumph by Colbie Dunbar

Blurb:

Against their will, Liam, Jake and their daughter, Maisy have been sent to The Old Country—Jake’s birthplace—by Thorn, the omega’s vindictive former boss. And there’s only one word to describe their new home: gray. Everything blends together as though the color has run in the wash.

Liam is desperate to save his family but he and the baby are confined to their room, and he watches life pass by from a third-floor window.

Jake works each night and rarely sees Liam and Maisy. But as Thorn’s requests become more outlandish, the omega tries to appease him and prevent the alpha finding out the truth.

And there’s Nora, the beta who cleans the club and pops up in unexpected places. Is she Thorn’s spy? Or Jake and Liam’s ally?

The ever-present cigar smoke, gold rings and amber fragrance provide a backdrop for their lives as the alpha and omega struggle to save their relationship while they battle greed, humiliation, guilt and exhaustion.

But when hope finally arrives, it’s ushered in with a rose.

This is a 23,000-word, non-shifter, mpreg novella with an HEA. It’s the final book in the Roselake series.

REVIEW:
My Rating - 4 stars

Omega's Triumph is a good ending to the Roselake series by Colbie Dunbar.

After Jake's old boss, Thorn, finds them, he holds Liam, Jake and Maisy captive. Liam is stuck inside with Maisy, while Jake is forced to work for Thorn. Jake spends his night at Thorn's club, entertaining creeps who love to paw at omegas.  Liam and Jake are both miserable.

Liam hates that Jake is basically leading two different lives. One is with his family, and the other is doing whatever Thorn is making him do. Jake meanwhile, feels like he's being torn in two. He is afraid to annoy Thorn, fearing that Thorn would take Maisy from them, or force Liam to work at the club.

Their every single movement is being watched. They are completely under Thorn's control. Yet, they long to return to their home and Liam keeps trying to plan an escape route.

Colbie Dunbar does a good job with Omega's Triumph.  It is a fast paced story, packed with some hot moments, a lot of angst, and a HEA.

The Omega's Promise by Colbie Dunbar

Amazon

In this follow up to The Omega's Challenge, Jake finally reveals his secret to Liam.   And this secret puts him in danger.  It also confuses Liam.  He isn't sure if he really knows Jake at all.  But he's proud of him for being a survivor.

I didn't love Book 1, but this installment makes that much better.   In this book, there's a good amount of angst and suspense. Jake's secret has all of their lives in jeopardy.  I probably enjoyed the humor in the childbirth scene the most.

Again, we are left with a cliffhanger.  I am not a fan of sort installments though, so I would have preferred one book for all three parts.

The Omega's Challenge by Colbie Dunbar

Amazon

I found this story to be okay.  Not great, not bad.  But okay.

Liam and Jake meet during a treasure hunt.   When they have to split the prize, neither are happy.  The attraction is there though.   Things aren't easy though.   Liam wants to push Jake away.   After marking Jake, Liam doesn't know how to tell Jake that he can't be with him.  He felt guilty, but Liam left to avoid having to explain thing to Liam.  More than a month goes by and Liam cannot stop thinking about Jake.  Liam was torn - make things work out or let it go down as just a mistake. His life was complicated enough and he just didn't want a mate.  But then Jake shows up to see Liam and things are about to change.

The story was short and thus there wasn't a lot of character development.  And then it ends with a cliff-hanger, never letting the reader really know what their past issues are.   I would have liked it better if it was longer, more developed, and didn't end when it did.
