The Billionaire's Boyfriend is pure comedic genius by Geoffrey Knight.
Seriously, every single second of this story had me smiling and laughing. And, by laughing, I mean laughing out loud like a crazy woman while my family gives me weird looks.
Matt and Cal! Their meet story is fantastic, showing us immediately how zany and wonderful Matt is. I mean really, how could one not love Matt? And even better, Matt's hand-crafted family of neighbors are endearing, hilarious, and down right marvelous.
Then there's Cal. The handsome and dapper billionaire. When he's saved by Matt, he invites him to dinner and is captivated by Matt's down to earth life.
After reading this gem, I can't help but to want to be in a room with Geoffrey Knight, Alexa Land and Devon McCormack, just to see who could out-zany the other! All three authors leave you laughing so hard because the things they come up with are just so unexpected! And funny! And often a cute-crude! I am just so happy to have discovered Geoffrey Knight, as not every author can write such good stories entwined with so much great humor. So, yeah, add Geoffrey to my list of dream dinner guests.
As for the love story, it's just entertaining and memorable. Their first date will leave you in stiches, and then we still get more of them! Their worlds couldn't be farther apart, but they still work so well, and get along so well. There are also some serious moments too, as Matt's not easily swept off his feet.
At it's heart, The Billionaire's Boyfriend is an enchanting finding your Prince fairytale, with a whole lot of laughs! Now off to find more Geoffrey Knight books to read!
