“I always hoped we'd get a second chance.”
Ten years ago, Jonah Miller said goodbye to the boy he loved and the town he grew up in to follow his dreams in New York. Now, with a promising career in interior design and a Manhattan apartment with a view, there's only one thing that's missing…
Mitch Davis always assumed his future was set: career military like every Davis before him and a lifetime in the closet. An injury changes everything, giving him a chance to choose a different future entirely… one with roots and a fixer-upper house in the only town that ever felt like home.
When Jonah and Mitch reconnect, there's no denying their feelings for each other, but making a home isn't as simple as coming back to one. With Mitch's homophobic father still pulling his strings and Jonah's life in New York, the second chance they've waited for feels just as impossible this time around.

REVIEW
My Rating - 5 Stars!
I have to admit to squealing upon hearing that more books were being written about The Men of Hidden Creek! This world, which is written by multiple authors, is fun, fantastic and addictive.
Always, by Dillon Hunter, is a wonderful second chance romance.
As teens, Mitch and Jonah were in love, hiding from Mitch's father, but none the less, they were in love. After high school, they separated for different career paths. It wasn't easy saying goodbye then. But, to reunite and say goodbye again? This might kill them.
Mitch's father is a homophobic ass, who has spent his life telling Mitch that no one in their family can be gay. When Jonah comes home for a quick visit with his Pops, they end up reuniting. They know it won't be a long reunion, but they are enjoying every moment they have together.
This story is full of a strong connection, romance, tough decisions, and some stressful family issues.
I fell for both men immediately, and their tender teen moments at the beginning are just swoon-worthy.
I adore the premise of this book. Sometimes you need to re-evaluate what is important and make some changes in your life.
If you love The Men of Hidden Creek, or sweet romances in general, don't miss out on this one by Dillon Hunter.
