At Home (Finding Home #1) by Carly Marie

Blurb

As the lead vocalist for country music’s hottest band, Derek Edwards knows that coming out as gay could mean the end of his career. With his life in the spotlight and too much on the line, Derek won’t let himself think about finding a boyfriend, much less the Daddy he desperately desires.

Sheriff Colt Westfield has better things to do than following Hollywood heartthrobs or the latest singing sensations. So when one drink turns into a mind-blowing one-night stand, he has no idea who he was with. That is, until he’s dragged to a concert and sees his sexy one night stand strutting around on stage.

With a record label, management team, and fans watching, will they be able to find what they both need?

This 69k word novel contains mild BDSM aspects as well as spanking, age play, and ABDL

Review
My Rating - 5 Stars!

Damn! The blurb for At Home had me ready to dive right into this Carly Marie book. A closeted rocker? Check! Age Play? Sweet lord, yes!

Even better, Derek is six feet tall and likes to submit and bottom. *swoons*

With all the touring his band's been doing, Derek is stressed. Meeting Colt and engaging in age play with him, allows him that mental release he so badly needs.

I know some readers have no interest in age play, but I absolutely love it. If you've never read it before, this author does a phenomenal job of exploring the beauty of this kink. As with Derek, being in "little" mode, allows one to stop thinking and just be carefree. With complete trust in Colt, Derek can trust his Daddy to take care of him and ensure his needs are met. I love this.

Colt and Derek's story is full of comfort items, as Colt provides Derek with blanket time, allows thumb sucking, gives him toy trains and coloring time. This is all perfectly explored and written with a ton of heart.

Their relationship develops quickly and it's beautiful. In Colt, Derek's able to find a man who doesn't care about his fame, and loves him as he is, big or little. It's an emotional romance that is exquisitely written.

And the diaper scenes. Oh dear god, the diaper scenes. These scenes are wonderful and I adore that Derek is turned on by wearing his diapers.

In addition, the extended family members add so much heart and fun to this tale.

To put it bluntly, if you like age play, read At Home immediately! 5 Stars is not enough for this gem. It is absolute perfection for an age play romance.
