The Queen and Prince Philip: The Early Years is a delightful read by Helen Cathcart.
I have never been a huge fan of the Royal family, but with recent events, I have become intrigued.
I am thrilled to have discovered this book, finding it lovely and sweet, as well as informative.
The author takes a look back at how Elizabeth and Philip meet and their family life that followed.
I'm not going to give much detail. Either you know a lot about them already, or you'll learn along the way. Actually, either way, you'll probably learn more through this book.
The writing is great, written in a British tone for sure. It's a great nod to the long romance between the couple.
This is definitely worth a read for anyone interested in the Royal family.
