You can’t escape your past. Not really.

Rory should know. It was just his luck catching the wrong alpha’s eye, especially when he’s the pack Alpha who won’t take no for an answer.

When Rory escaped with his son, he went to the one place he could hide, his baby brother’s new pack. Then he meets Graysen. His mate. He’s everything Rory never knew an alpha could be. Sweet, kind, and caring. But he doesn’t know how to accept what he’s offering.

Can he ever get over his fear and hatred of alphas to trust his fated mate?

Graysen’s finally found his fated mate.

And some other alpha has mistreated him. Rory is frightened, raw, and pregnant. Fate picked one hell of a time to throw them together, but Gray won’t give up.

Graysen knows Rory is his, and he’ll do anything to be there for him. But what if he can’t be what Rory needs?

Can Rory let his guard down long enough to give them a chance?

My Rating - 4.5 Stars!

Healing, the third book in The Lost Wolves series, is another great omegaverse read. Skye R Richmond and Skyler Snow entertain throughout this sweet story.

Grayson is weary when he discovers that Rory is his fated mate. Rory's an abused alpha, who's pregnant with his second child.

Poor Rory is such a sweet soul. I just wanted to hug him and protect him myself. Luckily Grayson feels the same way, but it isn't an easy ride to get Rory to trust him. Grayson's patience and kindness is amazing. He's strong and protective, but has to tread gently with the broken omega.

It's a story of fear and the inability to trust. It's a story of slowly earning one's trust and helping one to heal.

Written in alternating 1st person pov, the reader easily gets to know both characters and their motivations. I love the author's world building and find the whole tale delightful. The series overall is a lot of fun.

Healing is just what you'd expect; a story of healing. Skye R Richmond and Skyler Snow delight in this tale of learning to trust again. I love every moment of this book.
