Blurb
When a Dom invites a shy bookstore owner to live out his fantasies, more than one life will be transformed.
Words are Heath Snow’s life. He can’t remember a time when he didn’t have his nose buried in a book. He couldn’t make a living as a writer, so he did the next best thing—he bought a bookstore. But when he’s not selling books, he’s living vicariously through the characters he encounters. Real men can’t hold a candle to the hot men in his favorite genre.
The Pride display in the bookstore window may be what captured Xavier James’s attention, but the man enthusing about books interests him more. The BDSM book lying next to the cash register is a pleasant surprise, and when he draws attention to it, Heath’s flushed cheeks and bright eyes pique Xavier’s curiosity even further.

Xavier is about to learn that some things are more important than work, and Heath is about to step out of his comfort zone, into a place where fantasy and real life coexist.
My Rating - 4 Stars!
KC Wells and Parker Williams once again team up with On the Same Page, the fourth book in the Secrets series. Although part of a series, it is easily read as a standalone.
This book is totally sweet and tender. Heath, a nerdish bookstore owner meets the handsome Xavier. Both men are well developed and explained in a way that helps the reader believe and understand in their relationship.
The club, Secrets, is at the heart of the story as Heath is introduced to it and it's other members. In a cute move, the subs all have their own room to hang out and talk. It's awesome and leads to many good moments.
Overall, Heath finally realizes all he's missing in life as Xavier introduces him to BDSM in real life. Even better than the excitement that Xavier brings into his life, his new friendships are the most valuable thing he acquires.
To be clear, although it revolves around a BDSM club, the main kink in this story is roleplay. If you enjoy roleplay, you will definitely not want to miss this one.
My favorite quote is "I do better with books than people..." Dear lord, how many people can relate to this? Love it!
Their story is loaded with passionate talks about reading and books. This is definitely relatable. They even add in a surprise mention of two real life mm authors. I love this surprise. I enjoy the comments about books and reading, but I found it to be a little too much at times. But it's super adorable that the subs in Secrets form a bookclub.
On The Same Page is an enjoyable BDSM read by KC Wells and Parker Williams. They are both excellent writers, and I totally didn't expect the ending. Well done!
