My Rating - 4.5 Stars!
The Undercover Plan is a great bodyguard/rocker romance by Riley Long. It's full of forbidden romance, a stalker, and some danger. The writing kept me interested throughout, with compelling characters, and a smooth flow.
There's a large age gap, as Duncan is in his mid 50's, and the rocker is much younger. Don't expect a lot of angst about their age difference though, as they just accept it easily, which is delightful.
I love Duncan and Ryan together. They clearly make for a good couple, and their story is a lot of fun. There are some good secondary characters who add a lot to the tale.
One thing I truly enjoy about this story is that they have already known one another for a while, but forced proximity is what brings them closer. I also like that Duncan has always tried to deny his attraction to men.
Overall, The Undercover Plan is a story of finding true love, of finding people who truly accept and love you. This Riley Long read is perfect when you're in the mood for a good bodyguard romance.
