This is one of my all time favorite MM books. Not just because it is wonderful, but also because it was the first MM book I ever read. After reading this, I was sucked into the wonderful world of LGBT books!
Chance and Bradley still remain as one of my favorite mm couples.
Chance never expected to find love with Bradley. He had his life plans all mapped out and none of them included loving a man. He planned to follow the plans that his family had for him. He dreamt of having a family and raising them on the ranch where he grew up.
Bradley, meanwhile, knew he was gay and came out young. As his father runs the local church, he and his dad do not see eye to eye. So Bradley left town for a while.
Now, 6 years later, Bradley has returned.
And Chance has broken up with his girlfriend.
What follows is a sweet discovery of finding true love and accepting that love, in spite of what is expected from you.
This is a story that is so very real in this world and we can only hope that more people can live for their own happiness instead of their families' wishes.
