Fable's Foes by Gianni Holmes

Amazon Link - Available in KU
Goodreads Link

A cold-hearted club enforcer...
An undercover snitch in love...
And a kidnapped boy both men lust after…

Booker
“You don't have to fear your virtue. I don’t sleep with what I have to kill.”

As the enforcer of the Grimm Reapers motorcycle club, it’s my job to remove threats to my brothers. Fable should be dead…not bringing out my protective instincts and making me believe in a second chance with Zak.

Zak
“Karma’s a bitch that comes dressed in the form of loving two men with whom I have no future.”

Joining the Grimm Reapers under false pretenses is possibly the dumbest thing I’ve ever done. Falling in love with the enforcer of that club and the boy he wants to kill ranks just as high on my stupidity scale. But the danger isn’t enough for me to let them go.

Fable
“I made him see there were more benefits to keeping me alive than killing me.”

I grew up hearing horror stories about the bikers of Smoky Vale. When they capture me, I must do everything to hide that I’m a little. But the bikers aren’t what I expected, and my little craves them as my Daddy. Can we three misfits find common ground that brings out the best in each other?

If you enjoy poly-relationships, motorcycle club romance, morally ambiguous characters, and mild age play without ABDL then you’ll love Fable’s Foes. While this book can be read as a standalone, it’s highly recommended to read book 0 and book 1 in the series to enjoy this story to its fullest.

My Rating - 5 Stars!

Dear Lord, from the first page of Fable's Foes, I was hooked. Part of Gianni Holmes' the Grimm Reaper's MC club series, it's angsty as hell, as well as so freaking good!

Omg, I just love everything about this book. It's an amazing blend of kink and danger, all woven with so many layers that I was constantly surprised at the depth of this story. What starts as a story of two MC club members and a young man who's saved, soon turns into one of the most emotional and multi-layered books I've ever read.

This story includes a complex storyline, full of a developing triad and age play. Add in some undercover work, plenty of danger and action, and an amazing element of intrigue throughout, and wow, just wow!

First let's talk about the men. Booker's a complicated man with a complicated past. Seeing him torn by his feelings for both Fable and his loyalties to others is breath-taking. I love it all. Zac meanwhile, is suddenly more than the readers expect when his secrets are revealed. And then there's Fable. Ohhh, sweet, lovable Fable. His upbringing is gut-wrenching, and his needs are fascinating.

It's tough to explain how impressive this story is. It's a wonderful mix of Daddy kink, age play, and forced proximity, mixed in with danger, action, and suspense. And then, then we get even more layers of deliciousness with all the emotions involved.

Now, for the kink side of things. I can't get enough of Fable and his younger side. And, oh my, diapers. I can't explain why I love reading age play with diapers, but I really do. Everything about this works for me. Everything.

And then there's the sex. Booker and Zac have long been hot together, but add in the growing attraction they both feel for Fable, and wow! And that's not even talking about the emotions involved. Let's just say this is a delicious developing triad.

And if I wasn't already impressed, the author throws in some brilliant humor in Booker's aunt who I fell in love with immediately.

Ohhh, Fable's Foes is so fucking good. This Gianni Holmes treasure is a story that will leave you on the edge of your seat throughout, completely riveted by the levels of betrayal and the severity of tough choices that need to be made.
I Love, love, love this book! It's an absolute must read the next time you're in the mood for severe angst.

Bandit (Salvation Kings MC #4) by Ana Night

Blurb

Auggie aka Bandit is the treasurer and hacker of the Salvation Kings. With half the Henchmen now on their side, there’s much to figure out, which results in one of the former Henchmen staying with the Kings. Russell is the kind of man Auggie wants but needs to stay away from. There’s something about the big bearded man that draws Auggie in and as much as Russell scares him, he also makes him feel safe. His attraction to Russell is strong but acting on it means trusting the man and sharing parts of himself he’s kept hidden for years.

Russell ‘Skinner’ Jones used to know who he was. Then Ronin happened. He doesn’t regret leaving with Ares, but he knows starting over won’t be easy. They’re lucky to have the Kings’ help and there’s one King in particular that has caught Russell’s eye. One look at the small skittish man and he knows he needs to find a way to earn Auggie’s trust. Auggie’s been hurt in a way that’s left him with deep emotional scars, but that doesn’t stop Russell from wanting him. It only makes him more determined to prove himself worthy of Auggie’s love.

But can Russell keep Auggie safe when the monster from Auggie’s past comes looking for him?

My Rating - 5 Stars!

Ana Night's Bandit, the fourth book in the Salvation Kings series, is thrilling and romantic. It's easily read as a standalone, but contains past characters, thus making it even more enjoyable if you've read the previous books.

Auggie and Russell are two intriguing characters who make a fantastic couple. Their hesitations and complications are well handled and their relationship is emotional in it development.

Auggie's backstory is well developed and explored, creating a lovable, sympathetic character. His ability to eventually trust Russell is beautifully handled. And then there's Russell, who is so damn patient, kind, and caring with the skittish Auggie. It's impressive the way the author brings them together.

The writing is great, with a multi-layered story of action, danger and suspense.
It's fast paced with plenty of tender emotions. The abuse and family issues are treated with care. But most impressive is the way the author throws in some surprises, changing up the tone at times.

Although it's a story that ultimately revolves around a motorcycle club, it is way more than just that. It's a story of finding out what one really wants out of life and grabbing onto it.

Bandit is a riveting story of learning to trust and letting yourself love. This Ana Night tale is intense with plenty of heat and romance. This whole series is great. and I can't wait to see what happens next.

MF - BOOK TOUR, GIVEAWAY & REVIEW - Glimmer by Ashley Munoz

Glimmer
by Ashley Munoz
Genre: Contemporary MC Romance

I'd heard about Jimmy the Fist.
I'd heard he was a single dad, a bar owner, and that he was tied to a dangerous motorcycle gang.
He's someone I'd stay away from in another life.

In this life, I was desperate for a job—preferably as a tax accountant—but scraping the bottom of my savings had stripped my preferences bare. I was desperate for something, anything that would help my mom.

Turns out he was desperate for something too—freedom—and when our worlds collide I realize too late that his demons didn't care how or with whom they collected their debt.

**This is a standalone romance/ suspense novel.**

My Rating - 4 Stars!

Glimmer, by Ashley Munoz, is a fun suspenseful romance. This one took me a while to get into, as the prologue didn't grab my attention. But with chapter one, I become fully interested.

Ramsey's a feisty chick, fully able to stand up for herself. Sometimes. But she definitely meets her match in Jimmy. She's likable and seeing her tested by tough Jimmy is entertaining.

Theirs is a relationship of getting off on the wrong feet, and then making amends. Ramsey's relationship with Jimmy's kids is fantastic, and the development of their relationship is enjoyable.

It has some great secondary characters, such a Theo and the kids, who add greatly to the charm. Each of them are super sweet and charming. And then there's Ramsey's mom who will grab your heart for sure.

And then there's the title. The scene where we learn it's meaning is everything!
Glimmer is predictable but entertaining. Ashley Munoz does a great job with her writing, with a sweet romance and an intriguing storyline. Her writing style is good, her characters complex, and their love worth a read. I am glad to have read it and would definitely recommend it.

Ashley lives in Oregon with her four children and Mr. Fix-It husband.

If she's not helping her husband with DIY projects around the house, she's writing or sneaking off to a corner to read. She loves hearing from her fans. You can find her in her reader group or on Instagram, where she practically lives.

A biker's love is poison to the one who captures his heart

Blurb

Grimm

Thirteen years ago, he came into my life as my son’s best friend. Knobby knees and eyes wide with admiration. Six years ago, he exited my life, leaving Smoky Vale behind for good. Or at least so I thought. Now he’s back, and he’s made it clear what he’s after. Me. The President of the Grimm Reapers. His best friend’s father. Now his lover and his protector. But when my life is cloaked with uncertainty, death, and retaliation, how can I keep this beautiful brave boy knowing that my love is poison?

Jamie

My best friend doesn’t understand the way I feel about his dad. My father, the chief of police disapproves of the relationship. My supervisor cautions me against it—that it won’t be long before I end up in a body bag. But one day with Grimm is better than a lifetime without him. It’s a risk I am willing to take because the biker the world knows is not the Daddy Grimm who comes to my bed, ready to bare it all for his boy. Secrets must be confessed, lives must be taken, new paths must be forged. Can we survive the war that’s about to rage in Smoky Vale?

My Rating - 5 Stars!

Biker Daddy, the first book in The Grimm Tales of Smoky Vale series, is a fantastic  romance by Gianni Holmes.

As the title suggests, this is a fun and spicy Daddy romance between Grimm and his son's best friend, Jamie. And I am still in awe of how wonderful and unique it is.

Jamie's long been in love with Grimm. When Jamie left he told Grimm he'd be back for him and now he's back to claim him offically. Seriously, Jamie's flirting and devotion is outstanding in it's strength and it's humor.

This is definitely not the normal best friend's father romance. There's no sneaking around, there's no hiding their feelings from everyone. Nope. This one is super fun, as Jamie is ruthless in his persuit of his "Daddy Grimm."

And oh my, openly gay bikers? Yes please!

Their story includes family issues, danger, action, and more. They have to deal with a cruel boss and a whole lot of pain, hurt, loss, and love.

I absolutely love this author's writing style. She continues to hook me immediately and kept me intrigued throughout. The storyline is complex, with multi-layered characters and a thrilling plot. Told in alternating 1st person pov, the reader is easily able to feel everything along with the characters.

Biker Daddy is an emotional read with complicated relationships and secrets unveiled. This Gianni Holmes story is humorous, hot, and sexy. I will definitely be re-reading this one often. In the meanwhile, I am anxiously waiting to see what happens next in this series.

Excerpt

“Rise and shine, Jamie.” I gently patted the cheek of the sleeping beauty in my bed, nestled beneath the comforter, face pressed into the pillow. I was prepared for it to take some time to wake him up. Jamie wasn’t a morning person at all, and he would bitch and complain about getting up at the ass crack of dawn as he had for the past three days.

I was dead serious, though, about him learning to take care of himself if he planned to stick around, so there was no compromise.

He blinked sleepy eyes awake, took one look at my grin, and with a groan, ducked beneath the covers. He was so fucking cute, looking at him made my heart ache. I was tempted to let him get some more sleep. Just half an hour more.

I pushed away the thought before I could give in. Cuteness wouldn’t save his ass if he ever came face-to-face with someone who wanted to do him bodily harm.

“The alarm didn’t even go off,” he wailed under the sheet.

“You kidding me? You snoozed the alarm four times already. Now get up.”

“Just five more minutes,” he begged.

“We don’t have five more minutes. Zak’s waiting for us, and you still need to get to the bathroom.”

“But I’m so tired. You shouldn’t have kept me up last night.”

“You insisted on staying for the party at the clubhouse,” I reminded the lump in my bed. “I had to pry you away when you started dancing on the tabletop, remember?”

The sheet lowered a fraction, and he peered at me. “Zak challenged me.”

I grunted at him. “Jeez, to think a medical student can’t avoid dumb dares. What will the rest of us lesser educated men do?”

“But I’m no longer a medical student, so I can shake my ass from any tabletop.”

I quirked an eyebrow at him “No, you can’t. That’s the last party you’ll ever go to if you don’t get out of that bed.”

The sheet went back over his head. “I’ll sleep some more, thank you.”

When it became clear he wasn’t getting out of bed, I was left with no choice. I scooped him up in my arms, bedsheets and all. He squealed like a stuck pig and squirmed, but I didn’t let him loose. I marched him into the bathroom, then stripped away the covers, leaving him standing in the bathroom with a pillow in his arms, his face registering shock.

“Come on.” I pulled the pillow out of his arms and threw it back through the door into the bedroom. “You have to be disciplined about this. Your safety’s important to me.”

When his lips turned down in a pout, I gave him another inch. “You play nice, and I’ll suck your dick in the shower.”

His eyes widened, and he smiled. “Why didn’t you just say so in the first place?”

Hawk (Salvation Kings MC #3) by Ana Night

Blurb

Hawk is an enforcer for the Salvation Kings MC. He's used to doing odd jobs for his president, but he never expected to be protecting the brother of one of King’s old army buddies. When Hawk meets Elijah, his world is turned upside down. He never thought he’d need anything other than his club and his brothers, but Elijah makes him want so much more. With every second spent with Elijah, he falls a little bit more in love.

Elijah is a teacher at a school for deaf and hard-of-hearing children. He never expected to get involved with a motorcycle club but, then again, he never thought he’d stumble over a man dumping a body either. He got the man sent to jail but while he waits for the trial to begin, he’s noticed someone stalking him. The last thing he wants is someone else following him around all day, but Hawk won’t take no for an answer. Elijah knows Hawk is dangerous, but during their time together, he gets to know a man he could easily imagine a life with.

With a murderer targeting Elijah and Hawk’s past threatening to jeopardize the life he’s built, the odds aren’t in their favor. Will they come out on the other side unscathed?

Ana Night's Hawk is a great idea for a story. And luckily for the reader, the author excels in carrying out this idea.

The main idea of the story? A sign language teacher falls in love with his bodyguard, a former hit man. Oh hell yes!

Elijah stumbles across danger, setting up his need of a bodyguard. Enter Hawk.

Elijah and Hawk are seriously sweet together. Hawk's instant desire to learn how to communicate with Elijah is tender and beautiful. This aspect is completely swoon worthy. Hawk is amazingly supportive and loving, the reader can't help but to fall in love with him.

As for Elijah's parents, well they can just rot in hell.

I enjoyed this fast paced tale full of action, danger, and betrayal. And in the end, Hawk finds something more important than his MC Club for the first time in his life. It's beautiful!

If you enjoy MC club romances, you'll love Hawk. Ana Night delivers with this amazing story.
