It was a night of passion with two best friends.
How was I supposed to know they’d end up being my teachers?
Professor Carter refuses to acknowledge me.
He doesn’t do his students. And he doesn’t do relationships. It’s the only way he knows to protect his broken heart.
Professor Everett is the sweetest.
But what else could I expect from this attractive bear? If only he wasn’t so desperately in love with his best friend.
Is there space in their bed and hearts for me? Or am I just the wedge between the two friends with benefits?
Me Three is the second book in Rhys Everly’s steamy, low-angst, teacher/student romance series, A Proper Education, but can be read as a standalone.
It contains a non-binary character, best friends to lovers, steamy threeways and a poly-for-you trope.

My Rating - 5 Stars!
Of course, the storyline is intriguing. Two best friends who are friends with benefits. A non-binary third for a night. Yes please!
Luckily for all of us, the author excels in developing this tale and treating us to a fantastic friends to lovers romance.
There's a lot going on in this story. After one hot and steamy night with Carter and Everett, Tru discovers that both men are his professors for the semester. Cue the awkward moments. Cue the forbidden romance. Cue the fun.
Not only does Tru have to deal with two stubborn men and the forbidden position they are in, but he also has to deal with the fact that those two men are in love with each other.
I seriously love this story. The developing relationship Tru has with the men is intriguing. And the situation and tension between Carter and Everett is awesome. I love it all.
One of my favorite aspects is that Tru has never had any desire to be poly. Until falling for both men equally.
I admit there are plenty of moments where I found myself super annoyed with certain characters. Stubbornness certainly leads to stupid decisions. But in the end, all is wonderful.
Me Three is a must read the next time you're in the mood for a poly romance. Rhys Everly delivers all the feels in this ultimately sweet tale. And if you like heat, you won't be disappointed.
