There are too many PR problems hooking up with Blake for real would bring, especially when the media thinks he’s the reason my relationship fell apart. Yet, I can’t walk away from him, and it seems, he can’t walk away from me either.

Encore is the fourth book in the Famous series by Eden Finley. And, damn, it's a great continuation of the series. Definitely read these books in order to get the most enjoyment out of this series. 

Blake and Jordan's story is wonderful. I love the way everything develops for them. Their friendship is well done, with plenty of feels and ultimately plenty of chemistry. 

The real fun begins as Blake realizes that he's having feelings for Jordan. I adore his journey of understanding his sexuality. It's all well done, including all the feels as he comes to terms with himself.

The writing is great, with compelling characters and a storyline that keeps you intrigued throughout. The band continues to be present and add immensely to the story. And oh how I love seeing them all again.

Encore is a great way to end this riveting series. Eden Finley does a fabulous job bringing these former boy band members and their issues to life.

Fandom is the third book in Eden Finley's Famous series. And, oh, how I adore this book. 

Denver and Mason's tale is a second chance romance with plenty of regret and longing. 

These two men have a long history and there's so much to repair just to be friends again, let alone more. 

The fat shaming aspect is a large part of Mason's issues. Being out of the spotlight, he gained forty pounds and certainly isn't going to be accepted in the limelight again. We all know that celebrities are "supposed" be fit and good looking. This is a key part of Mason's journey. 

This is an emotional read. And with it written in alternating first person pov, every feeling jumps off the pages. 

Oh, the longing. The want. The pain of missed opportunities and the regret of wasted time.

It's a story of friendship and the need for support. It's a tale with apologies and forgiveness. It's a story with alcohol issues. 

There are definitely some twists and turns I didn't see coming.

I adore the GFY aspect, as Mason's confused by his feelings for Denver. Add in Denver's staggering fear of losing his friend again, and the obstacles are plenty. 

The whole series is amazing. It follows a former boy band, who all went their own ways. With a desire to get them back together, there are plenty of obstacles in the way. 

This time around we get all the angst. Oh, this book grabbed me immediately and I couldn't put it down. Every moment is riveting and the overall storyline is mesmerizing. 

Fandom is a stellar addition to the superb Famous series by Eden Finley. If you haven't yet started reading this series, you are really missing out.

Spotlight is the second book in Eden Finley's Famous series. It's easily read as a standalone, but I highly suggest reading Pop Star also. Even if you haven't read it yet, you will want to after this. 

I love everything about this story. The men are fabulous together, with fun banter, quick wit, and tons of sexual tension. 

And, wow, Riley is amazing. I love how dedicated to his daughter he is. And the kids. Omg. Kaylee and Chase are funny, precocious, and sweet as can be. I adore every moment with them. 

Kalyee's mom is a well kept secret, yet, when we do meet her, she's lovable and a great part of the story. I appreciate her part in their lives. 

From hesitating to getting involved, to fooling around, to spending as much time alone as possible, to more. Love it all!

As far as the fame and music career is concerned, it's a large part of the story. Lyric is talented, and knows he can have a career with his music, but he's stubborn and wants to do it his own way. Seriously, Lyric has a lot of pain and issues surrounding his father's career. And Ryder is dedicated one hundred percent to his daughter, doing all he can to keep her from the public eye. 

The obstacles they face are natural, and the men are perfect for each other. I enjoy every single moment of their story. 

The writing is amazing. Everything about this series is just perfect. The characters are well developed and intriguing. The storyline is entertaining and well executed. Written in alternating first person pov, both men fully come to life, with all their feelings and motivations well understood. 

Spotlight is an amazing read. I love everything about this Eden Finley book and series. And now I anxiously await the third book!

Review 

My Rating - 4.5 Stars!

Fresh Start is the first book in Rhys Everly's Cedarwood Beach series. The small town feel is immediately established in this entertaining second chance story. 

Dawson and Leo are former college lovers. Both are famous now, and end up in the same small town, setting off a nice reunion, full of longing and passion. 

Their story includes a closeted actor, former abuse, and a detailed illustration of the pitfalls of fame. The fact that one is never in charge of their own career is front and center. I love these men and their stories. Their backgrounds are compelling and well developed. 
The writing is great overall. The characters are well developed, their storyline carried out well, and the pace seamless. The emotions are clearly depicted, fully drawing the reader into their intense feelings. My only complaint is the occasional moments of too many times "he said" in parts of the dialogue. That is just something that makes me cringe. The rest though is fabulous.

I'm excited to have discovered Fresh Start and am looking forward to the future books in this series. If you enjoy small town romances, don't miss this one. It's an exciting combination of small town, Hollywood, and coming out.
