Omega Untamed (The Omega Misfits #6) by Wendy Rathbone

Amazon Link  - Available in KU
Goodreads Link

Kee is a beautiful Omega and popular rent boy living in a part of Old Town called the Trenches. He’s also an untamable addict.

Wild and troubled, Kee is kidnapped by Alpha drug lords who think he knows too much.

Trapped, Kee longs for a way out of the hole he’s dug for himself...but who would rescue a crazy Omega sex worker?

One Alpha will. His name is Bast. Bast knows he can’t tame Kee through kindness, but he still wants him for his very own.

Kee needs an Alpha who will take control, hold him down, keep him from the worst of himself. Turns out, Bast is the very man for the job.

Non-shifter omegaverse, mpreg, rescue, an uninhibited Omega, a tough Alpha with a heart of gold, daddy care, bonding/knotting and HEA.

My Rating - 4.5 Stars!

Omega Untamed, the sixth book in The Omega Misfits series, is great. Wendy Rathbone continues to entertain with this story. This can be read as a standalone, but is best read following Omega Chattel, where we spend time learning Kee's background.

Kee is a man of the streets. He sells himself, runs drugs, etc. Everyone knows who he is but his life is upended when he's taken captive. He finds himself in trouble, but luckily one of his captures is on his side.

Bast is one of the men tasked with kidnapping Kee. He's a gangster who sees something special in Kee, showing him some humanity and compassion. And ultimately he tries to save his life.

This is a story with danger, suspense, and intrigue. There's a tough to read, detailed, intense drug withdrawal.

Written in alternating 1st person pov, this is well written, with an intriguing storyline. The characters are well developed and their complex nature well established.

Omega Untamed is not an easy, happy read. But Wendy Rathbone will leave you satisfied with a happy ending for this unlikely couple. I couldn't put it down.

Omega's Triumph by Colbie Dunbar

Blurb:

Against their will, Liam, Jake and their daughter, Maisy have been sent to The Old Country—Jake’s birthplace—by Thorn, the omega’s vindictive former boss. And there’s only one word to describe their new home: gray. Everything blends together as though the color has run in the wash.

Liam is desperate to save his family but he and the baby are confined to their room, and he watches life pass by from a third-floor window.

Jake works each night and rarely sees Liam and Maisy. But as Thorn’s requests become more outlandish, the omega tries to appease him and prevent the alpha finding out the truth.

And there’s Nora, the beta who cleans the club and pops up in unexpected places. Is she Thorn’s spy? Or Jake and Liam’s ally?

The ever-present cigar smoke, gold rings and amber fragrance provide a backdrop for their lives as the alpha and omega struggle to save their relationship while they battle greed, humiliation, guilt and exhaustion.

But when hope finally arrives, it’s ushered in with a rose.

This is a 23,000-word, non-shifter, mpreg novella with an HEA. It’s the final book in the Roselake series.

REVIEW:
My Rating - 4 stars

Omega's Triumph is a good ending to the Roselake series by Colbie Dunbar.

After Jake's old boss, Thorn, finds them, he holds Liam, Jake and Maisy captive. Liam is stuck inside with Maisy, while Jake is forced to work for Thorn. Jake spends his night at Thorn's club, entertaining creeps who love to paw at omegas.  Liam and Jake are both miserable.

Liam hates that Jake is basically leading two different lives. One is with his family, and the other is doing whatever Thorn is making him do. Jake meanwhile, feels like he's being torn in two. He is afraid to annoy Thorn, fearing that Thorn would take Maisy from them, or force Liam to work at the club.

Their every single movement is being watched. They are completely under Thorn's control. Yet, they long to return to their home and Liam keeps trying to plan an escape route.

Colbie Dunbar does a good job with Omega's Triumph.  It is a fast paced story, packed with some hot moments, a lot of angst, and a HEA.

Tied Up In Steele by Annabella Stone

Blurb:
Steele Givens doesn’t do relationships and he knows better than to fall for a man he rescued during a CIA Operation; but then he’s never been a ‘follow the rules’ kinda man. He always swore he’d never drag someone he cared about into a world of danger. But what do you do, when danger stalks him anyway?

Kalon Roberts wanted to move on. He’s done with danger and Black Ops Operators. But when someone is determined to use him to gain his father's cooperation, the man who comes to save him, is the one who broke his heart.

They should have never met. They should never have been in each other's orbits. But now that they are, Steele will take out everything and everyone in his way to make sure that Kalon makes it out alive.

Tied Up In Steele is part of the Delta Force - Team Panther Series. While it can be read as a standalone... to ensure maximum enjoyment, it is best read after Jonah's Compass.

REVIEW
My Rating - 5 Stars!

Tied Up In Steele is the 2nd book in the Delta Force Series by Annabella Stone.

In this book, Steele falls for Kalon, who has escaped capture and is interrogated by Steele. His job will not make it easy for them to be together though. And Steele is willing to sacrifice his happiness to protect Kalon.

Personally, I love their relationship as it starts. After that, I have a tough time with everything they had to endure. It helps though that the action is fast paced, thus not allowing me to be sad for too long.

The book contains capturing criminals, interrogation scene, an intense car chase, a crazy partner, captures and rescues, undercover work, and some nice romance. Best of all, it includes the fun men in Steele's Delta Force team. They all add a lot of fun and heart-felt moments to the book.

I really like this book. I have to go back and read book 1 immediately, just to get more of these guys! I enjoy a good romance with big, strong guys. And I love the twists, turns, and mysteries in this book.

I definitely recommend Tied Up In Steele to anyone who enjoys a good action-packed romance. I know I will be impatiently waiting for Book 3!
