Paper Snowflakes, Sammi Cee's contribution to the multi-author Snowed In - Valentine's Inc series, is wonderful. 

Ryan's background, which includes his ex wife, his son, and the reason he's raising his grandson, is developed in a great manner. It's a serious storyline, yet it's handled without any angst. 

Stuart is a fantastic character; absolutely entertaining and adorable. I enjoy that he's a large part of the story, as it's completely realistic and relateable.


The writing is great, with intriguing characters, a sweet storyline, and some tender romantic moments. 

My favorite scene is that which reveals the significance of the title. It's beautiful and memorable. 

Paper Snowflakes is a perfect read when you're in the mood for a feel-good, angst free romance. You won't want to miss this sweet and tender Sammi Cee read.

Eli Easton's The Trouble With Tony is the first book in the Sex in Seattle series. From the start, this series that revolves around a sex clinic is fascinating. 

Tony's a PI working undercover investigating Jack, a sex clinic doctor. So, yes, I knew immediately that this one had potential.

In this short, quick romance, Tony ends up working with Jack, discovering that he's demisexual. The author does a wonderful job demonstrating some of the aspects of demisexuality we rarely hear about, including confusion and fear. 

The attraction and chemistry is strong between Tony and Jack, but they're conflicted by their doctor/patient status. The level of their longing and desire makes for an emotional read at times. 

Both men are interesting characters. Tony's a complex character, confused by his lack of sexual feelings, torn between his job and his desires, and a man who desperately wants to feel again. Meanwhile Jack's job is unique, and his developing feelings for Tony have him torn between his professional oath and his personal desires. 

The Trouble With Tony is a fun read which includes some light mystery and a little danger, along with a small amount of heat. Eli Easton has definitely left me wanting more, leaving me excited to read the rest of the series.

I am elated to have discovered K-lee Klein's Lazy Sundays! I love these men. I love their story. I love every damn thing about this book!

Scott and Devon are such opposites, with Scott being a geek and Devon being a manly man. When we meet them, Scott is just watching Devon sleep, thinking about how beautiful he is, but also wondering what Devon even sees in him. 

Poor Scott, he's so insecure, feeling completely out of Devon's league. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Scott has major anxiety issues and often has panic attacks. Major kudos to the way K-lee Klein wrote this character. She writes Scott with so much knowledge, making him realistic and vulnerable. Scott has OCD and there are so many great examples of this in his story. 

Devon, I absolutely adore Devon. I love his secret. I love his friends. And I find his hesitancy to be perfectly developed and explored. 

Scott and Devon's tale includes insecurities, misunderstandings, secrets, pain, grief and more. It's fantastic!

But, most memorable of all is the "sleep stalking," as it's so beautiful, touching and sweet. If you haven't read Lazy Sundays yet, treat yourself and read it!

Betrayed, the first book in The Lost Wolves series by Skye Richmond, is a sweet feel-good mpreg romance.

Dominick is part of a large pack of wolf shifters who are new to town, trying to establish a new life for themselves. From the first time fated mates Dominick and Elias meet, I was totally hooked. And then it just gets better. Elias going into heat is a thrilling scene. And there's nesting!

The writing is great, both easy and pleasent, flowing well and keeping me entertained throughout.

I love Betrayed. This Skye Richmond read is super fun and fluffy. It's a short and quick delightful gem.

Saxon James' Bet on Me, the first book in The Love's a Gamble series, is a wonderful read. 

Taryn's a closeted football player which is cause enough for conflict. But soon after breaking up with his boyfriend, he meets Elliott and falls hard. Meeting the cute man has Taryn breaking all his rules, taking chances he never allowed himself to take before. That fact they fall for one another without Taryn's identity revealed just adds the entertainment. I love this part immensely and the way it is carried out.

But the real conflict is that of their jobs. Both career driven men, they are knocked on their asses when they meet. Two men who should never mix, suddenly their jobs are on the line. Commence the real fun, as angst, suspense and danger are added to the mix.

The writing is great, full of intrigue, intense chemistry, hot sex, and one hell of an emotional ride. These well developed characters are fantastic together. The dialogue is great, full of some witty banter and hot texts.

Bet On Me is a great pick when you're in the mood for a sweet romance with plenty of mystery entwined throughout. If you're a sports romance junkie like I am, this is a must read. A new to me author, Saxon James has impressed me and I look forward to reading future works.
