Watching Me (Studio C, #1) by Toby Wise

Amazon Link   - Available in KU

Love doesn’t make everything perfect, but honestly, where’s the fun in being cookie cutter perfect?

Harrison has finally found the perfect roommate. Derek is kind, keeps his clothes on in the shared areas of the house, and doesn’t complain about the house’s draft. The only problem? Harrison might have developed a bit of a crush on the alpha.

After Harrison accidentally sends Derek one of his ‘work videos’, their relationship changes forever. Can this new relationship stand up to Harrison joining Studio C? And can Derek learn to accept his own desires or will he panic and push Harrison away?

Watching Me is book one in the Studio C series featuring an alpha and beta roommates to lovers, a loveable camboy, an alpha looking for where he belongs, and accepting one's desires. This 27k omegaverse story doesn’t have mpreg but does have a happily ever after.

My Rating - 4 Stars!

Watching Me is a hot omegaverse romance by Toby Wise. The first book in the Studio C series, it's a fun read.

Harrison and Derek are two roommates who fall in love as they discover that their kinks align. And it's a fun ride!

Harrison's a cam boy, and Derek's extremely turned on my his man's job when he accidently discovers what Harrison does.

Everything that follows is hot and sweet. The sex moments are great, full of voyeurism kink. The career stuff is delightful, with an introduction to some porn stars.

But, most of all, this is a tale of Derek figuring out his desires and coming to terms with them. And, in the end, it's a story of found family. Love the ending.

I ultimately enjoy all of Watching Me story. It's a fairly simple tale that's sweet to the core. Toby Wise left me happy throughout.

RELEASE BLITZ, EXCERPT, GIVEAWAY & REVIEW - Show Me (Extracurricular Activities #3) by Neve Wilder

Show Me by Neve Wilder

Extracurricular Activities, Book 3

Two roommates. One camera. A whole lot of action.

I get crushes the way some people get seasonal allergies.

And sharing a house with four hot roommates is like being stuck in permanent spring.

Too bad I keep getting friend-zoned.

But it’s senior year now, and I’m done pining for the impossible.

Time to live it up and go out with a bang.

Or a lot of bangs.

And I’m definitely, definitely not getting attached to anyone.

Especially not my straight, gym-loving, football-player roommate Sam whose impressively large... smile I caught a glimpse of once.

Or several times.

That’s why, when Sam asks me for help with a very special, very NSFW project so he can make a little cash, of course I agree. In the name of friendship.

And if it turns out that Sam’s more than just muscles—that he’s sweet, and smart, and a little bit filthy, and a whole lot less straight than I thought—well, that’s neither here nor there, because this time I’m gonna be smart. This time, I’m friend-zoning myself.

We’ve got a list of deliciously hot scenarios, a camera, and Sam’s huge… smile. What could possibly go wrong?

From the author of Want Me comes the third new adult college romance in the Extracurricular Activities series. Expect low angst, high heat, plenty of laughs, a flustered redhead, a gentle giant of a football player, and enough BDE to power a mid-size city.

My Rating - 5 Stars!

Show Me is the third book in Neve Wilder's Extracurricular Activities series. I love everything about this stellar college romance series and couldn't devour this book fast enough!

This time around we get Jesse and Sam's story.

Jesse's a snarky and funny young man who's closed off from relationships.  Meanwhile, Sam's a tough looking football player who has a secret cam show.

This book is a combination of so many things I love. We get college students, roommates, sexual awakening, and friends to lovers. I'm a sucker for friends with benefits catching feelings.

I adore these men together. Every single aspect of their story is just wonderful. the emotions are gripping and Sam's sexual awakening is a thing of beauty.

And then add in all the sex scenes. Damn! Not only are they filming for a cam show, they also get off on "getting off" in places where they can get caught. Ohhhh...so much fun!

Their tale is one of sexual exploration and sexual discovery.
And damn, the sex is plentiful. And it's never the same twice. Hand jobs, blow jobs, rimming, jock straps, and more. You just never know what you're gonna get next.

Check out this swoon-worthy quote. "He's like....like all the birthday wishes I made but never got, stored up and rolled into one big gift I received at a time when I needed it most." Seriously, just kill me now. So effin sweet!

The writing is wonderful. Written in alternating first person pov, the emotions fully jump off the pages. The sexual tension. The need. The want. The heat. I love it all.

If sports isn't your thing, don't worry, this isn't a sports romance. It's really a sweet college romance with one man who happens to be a football player.

The characters are lovable and their big group of friends and teammates remains an entertaining aspect of this series. The banter and wit it awesome. This big group of college roommates is delightful.

As for the ending, it doesn't get any better.

Show Me is a fabulous no angst, new adult romance. Neve Wilder will leave you thrilled to have read this one. The combination of steam and swooning is perfect. My only complaint is that it had to end. I can't get enough of this series!

Special Release Blitz Excerpt:

Mark glanced over his shoulder and waved to the approaching Adonis before turning back to me. “I worked with John this summer. Want me to introduce you? He’s awesome.”

“Fuck yes,” I hissed in a tone that I hoped was not too desperate. Nate’s amused glance suggested it was. Easy for him to be smug, though, with his own personal sexual Svengali sitting at his side.

Mark made introductions, and John took the seat next to me when Mark got up. Turned out he was a third-year law student, which ticked one more of my boxes. He wasn’t too big, wasn’t too small. Wasn’t too arrogant or shy either, and he had a nice, easy laugh.

“So you’re a third-year, huh?” I said. “Do you think you’ll join the law firm where you and Mark are interning… What’s it called?”

“Preston, Beasley, and Waring.” John smiled. “I hope so. That’s the plan.”

Sam snapped his fingers suddenly and pointed at John, startling me. “I just figured out who you are!” He said it like he was about to pull John’s face off, Scooby-Doo-style, and reveal him to be the crooked innkeeper haunting the overdecorated estate. “You’re a Sigma Alpha. Class of…” Sam squinted. “2014. No…2012.”

“I am, indeed.” John grinned. “Good call.”

They proceeded to exchange their stupid frat handshake.

“I’ve been playing a lot of pool recently. I thought your face was familiar,” Sam said.

“Ahh yeah. I spent many hours in that library. So they’ve still got all the class portraits on the wall?”

“Yep. You need to come by again soon.”

“I should. It’s been a while.”

They toasted each other, instant chums, and a prickle of jealousy ran through me. I supposed that was one benefit of being a frat rat.

“Have you ever really looked at the portrait of class of ’68?” John’s brow lifted in a mischievous arch, one that was supposed to result from me saying something witty.

Sam busted up laughing. “Yes! Every single one of them have the same exact mustache. It’s hilarious.”

I folded my arms over my chest and stared meaningfully at Sam. Wingman, my ass. “Should we switch seats so it’ll be easier for you two to talk?”

“Nah.” Sam grinned cheerily at me. “We’re good.” He turned his attention back to John. “So…wait, were you also the class that nailed all of the chapter room chairs to the ceiling?”

This was fine. I totally enjoyed being a net over which conversation was volleyed back and forth.

John grinned. “Guilty.”

“Oh man, that was awesome.”

They droned on while I moved on to a mojito, and finally Sam wandered off and it was just me and John again.

Go time. I fixed him with my most winsome smile. “So I imagine you must spend a lot of time at the firm, then. Mark makes it sound pretty cutthroat.” I tilted my head to show I was invested in his response and angled slightly toward him to demonstrate I was interested in him as a person. People skills. I had them.

“It’s competitive, yeah, but not all the bad. There are plenty of late nights, though, and more ahead.” John then launched into a good three-minute soliloquy about the cases he was working on and some of the complexities of employment law until my eyes started glazing over.

That was okay, though. I wasn’t trying to marry him or anything, just see what he had on under those khakis. Probably boxer briefs, if I had to guess. Probably a decently sized cock that he used decently in bed. Both were totally acceptable for a night or two of fun.

“Hopefully some of those are the fun kind of late nights?” I gave him a slow once-over, and the corner of his mouth quirked. “Do you have anyone who brings you dinner up there?” The twinkle in his eyes suggested he enjoyed my lack of subtlety. Hook, line, and sinker. Now I just had to get him in my metaphorical bucket. Or, more likely, his literal car, since I hadn’t driven. Hopefully he had. Otherwise maybe there was somewhere on the premises we could—

“Jesse’s a great cook. Er, chef.” I gave Sam a flat stare that he failed to properly interpret. He cocked his head, wrinkling his nose in thought. “Chef? Or cook? Whatever. His food’s good.” He handed John another beer and then passed me something peach colored.

“What’s this?”

“Bellini. Isn’t that what you were drinking? It looked similar.”

That hadn’t been the question I was actually asking, but in my confusion over being brought a drink in the first place, I answered, “It was a peach mojito.”

“Oh, well, hang on.” He snatched the Bellini back.

“Wait—” I blurted, but he’d already set off toward the bar again.

John and I watched as he navigated the crowd.

“He seems nice. Roommate, yeah?” John asked, and I could tell by the way he was studying Sam’s ass exactly what calculations were taking place.

I settled back in my chair and laced my fingers over my belt. Fuck me, it was hard being a nice guy sometimes. Too hard. I opened my mouth to pick up our earlier conversation, but my brain-mouth connection malfunctioned. “If you dare him to suck your dick, he’ll probably do it, because he’s pretty competitive. But he’s otherwise straight. On the other hand, I don’t require dares. I’ll suck a dick because I enjoy it. And Sam’s correct. I’m a really good cook. I’m even better at sucking cock.”

John choked on a mouthful of beer. “Was not expecting that. Alrighty, then.”

I handed him a napkin. “You learn all sorts of fascinating things living in a house with four other guys,” I offered chastely.

Order Up (Bold Brew #5) by Wendy Qualls

Amazon Link - Available in KU
Goodreads Link

Barista Blake Hilliard has sexy secret and a fanbase eager to see more from him. The stars align when he discovers new customer Graham Aldersen is a dead ringer for his best friend--who had to leave town right before they’d planned a special livestream together. Graham isn’t so sure about subbing in for Blake’s regular partner, mask or not, but the chance to play with Blake’s popular online persona is too tempting to ignore. Going live on the internet is out of Graham’s comfort zone but Blake makes the experience eminently worth the risk.

When it becomes apparent that Blake’s partnership with his friend is more business than romantic, Graham finds himself wanting more. More sexy fun, more quiet chats, as much more of Blake as he can get. Blake doesn’t “do” boyfriends, though, and he certainly isn’t the type that straight-laced Graham ever thought he’d fall for. He’d put that life behind him when he bought the cute little house with the white picket fence and the cat--could the two sides of himself ever mix?

Will this mismatched duo be able to order up a happily ever after?

My Rating - 4 Stars!

Order Up is the fifth book in the Bold Brew series. This hot erotic romance is Wendy Quall's contribution to this multi-author small town series.

It all starts with mistaken identity and an awkward confession, that leads to a hot porn scene.

This is a story with a cam show, BSDM, D/s moments, and a great shibari scene. Once again, Bold Brew is a great safe place for the men to have fun.

Things happen quickly for the couple, but it' sweet in the way it evolves. It's a journey towards finding something that makes you happy instead of what's expected.

Written in alternating third person pov, I enjoy the story but it's definitely not my preferred style.

Overall, Order Up is a fun, quick romance. This Wendy Quall romance has a whole lot of heat with some sweet moments in between.

Infuriating (Elite Protection Services #4) by Onley James

What he fears is love.

JACKSON AVERY has everything in life, except somebody to share it with. But as the owner of one of the largest private security forces in the country, he’s got plenty to keep him busy until he finds ‘the one.’ After spending the last year dealing with the fallout of his best security agents falling for their clients, the last thing Jackson expects is to take one look at feisty camboy, Dayton Daniels, and almost instantly know that he’s it for him.

DAYTON DANIELS has been on his own since he was just fourteen years old. He’s spent his entire life scraping by, doing whatever’s necessary to survive. A severe learning disability has left Day unable to read and forced him to find creative ways to make a living. Camming allows him to earn money while keeping his clients at a distance, and Day has grown used to keeping everybody at a distance...until he witnesses a murder and Jackson Avery walks into his life.

Guarding Day is supposed to be a favor, a simple off the books job until they find out who killed a prominent attorney, but Jackson quickly realizes there is nothing simple about Day. He’s beautiful, smart, surprising, and Jackson is all in merely ten minutes after they meet. But Day, he can’t imagine a man like Jackson wanting to spend his life with somebody like him, and he is determined to do anything to send Jackson running in the opposite direction, no matter how much it hurts.

When Day starts receiving threatening emails, Jackson enlists his team to hunt down the killer. Day doesn’t want to spend the rest of his life living in fear, but every day he’s with Jackson, he falls a little harder, forming cracks in the walls he’s worked so hard to build up around himself. Can Jackson solve a murder and find a way past Day’s defenses to convince him there is such a thing as love at first sight and that everybody deserves a happily ever after, even him?

INFURIATING is the fourth book in the Elite Protection Services Series and contains age-gap, Daddy-kink, voyeurism and lingerie with a HEA and no cliffhangers.

Warning: This book contains brief portrayals of childhood emotional abuse as well as discussions of past child sexual trauma and one scene of on-page physical violence to a main character at the hands of somebody other than the main character.

My Rating - 5 Stars!

Infuriating, the fourth book in the Elite Protection Services, is everything I love about this Onley James' series.

This story revolves around Day, who witnessed a murder, and Jackson , who's hired to protect him. If you've been following this series, you'll remember that Jackson is the owner of the Protection Agency. And, yes, it's time for him to find love.

Oh, how I love these men. Day is wonderfully open and unapologetic about who he is. He's a femme cam-boy and he's wonderful at it. His background is maddening however. Having learning disabilities, his whole life has revolved around him being told he's stupid. My hearts breaks for him.

Day and Jackson are complete opposites who perfectly compliment one another. They fall into a Daddy relationship, as Day can't help but to call Jackson "Daddy," which is exactly what Day needs. They are awesome together, with lots of tension and chemistry that leads to some wonderfully steamy moments. Their relationship includes makeup, stockings, and lace which is all delicious! It includes first times and some serious emotion.

Their story is one with plenty of danger, mystery, and suspense. This aspect is well developed and executed, leaving the reader with an absolutely gripping adventure. I couldn't put it down.

I love the writing, as it's smooth and fluid. The author drew me in immediately, keeping me riveted throughout. And oh, the banter. I love the banter. Day's snark is entertaining as can be.

Infuriating is another fan-freakin-tastic addition to this bodyguard series. I love Onley James and I love this series. I seriously can't get enough of these books.

I'm stuck in a straight guy's apartment. How am I supposed to deal with this?

I hadn't planned on living with Ross very long. I just needed a place to stay to get on my feet after a bad break up, and happened to be friends with his sister. But when the shelter in place order comes down, not only do I lose any chance of finding my own space; my bartending job dries up, too.

And Ross is taking this order very seriously. He grew up in a family of Montana doomsday preppers, and his rules are very clear: we've got three months of food, and neither of us is leaving—for any reason.

I don't have a ton of money, and there are bills to pay. But there are a few different ways to make some cash online—especially when the rest of the world is shut inside, too, and need something to entertain them. Who would have imagined I would end up on a cam site entertaining guys from all over the world just by being myself and having fun? So long as I wait until Ross goes to sleep before I log on, anyway—I definitely do not want him to know what I'm up to on his couch.

But Ross is full of surprises, it turns out. And I guess I am too. Because what I end up sharing with him is something I've never shared with anyone before. I just worry that things are about to get very complicated. Because every gay boy knows the cardinal rule:

Never, ever fall for the straight guy.

My Rating - 5 Stars!

Shelter in Place is a fun book. This Simon Strange romance takes place during a pandemic, which had me seriously hesitant going into it. But, omg, I love it. Absolutely love it.

Do not think of this as being a book about the Covid 19 pandemic. It is not. This is a book about a relationship that develops during the shelter in place part of the pandemic. It is not scary. It will not make you think about the current situation much. Rather, this is an exciting example of what could happen while being sheltered in place together.

And it's hot. And just when you think it's hot, it gets even hotter. They experiment with voyeurism, first times, D/s, humiliation, and a one time experiment with water sports.

And it's amazing. I absolutely love this book. There's a lot to it, including sexual exploration, sexual discoveries, and the struggle with one's sexual orientation. It's emotional and amazing. And in the end there are doubts and fears.

On top of all that, it's an excellent illustration of the sexual characters in the online persona versus their sexual sides in reality. It's an interesting thing considering the world we live in, with people only showing what they want to show online.

If you enjoy sexy books, Shelter in Place is a must read. This Simon Strange read is the perfect distraction from real life. It's a cute, fluffy, and hot GFY read between roommates.

“Holy... shit,” I muttered. I looked at the camera. “Did you guys see that?”

@LuckyTom: That was the most beautiful thing I’ve seen in my life.

@Look3r123: Shit, is he okay? Is he breathing? Did he die?

@YourDad57: Russ I think you killed him, brother. What’s in your cum?

I laughed, and swiped a bit from the end of my cock, and looked at it like I was seriously wondering. “Hell, I don’t know. Maybe I have a super power. What do you think, Cal?”

Cal opened his eyes, and I angled the iPad to make sure he was fully in frame. He shook his head, and waved a hand. “I don’t know. Gotta be something, though. Here, let me...” he reached for my arm.

I let him take my hand, and he pulled it close and closed his lips around my fingertip, nursing the drop of cum off it. He shook his head once it was clean. “Not sure. Not enough of a sample.”

I grunted, and grabbed the base of my dick to shake it at him. “Maybe you better clean this off, then.”

I couldn’t even help myself at that point. Cal glanced up at me, questioning and exciting. I gave him a nod, and he sat up as I lifted my cock so he could get to it more easily. His mouth closed over the head of my dick and my head rolled back as a shiver ran through me. Then I sank into his mouth, and maybe changed my mind about whether I could go a second time. He groaned quietly, and his slick fingers, covered in my cum, his, and some vaseline, found my nuts and gave them a gentle kind of squeeze as he took me down until I pushed into his throat and then past.

“Fuck,” I gasped, barely able to get a breath. “Yeah, fucking clean it all up, Cal.”

He grunted, leaned in, gripped my dick with his other hand, and began to work me. I shuddered, looked down and almost stopped him. I didn’t think I could really come again, not so soon, not after that. But the first one had been weak. Nothing special, nothing extraordinarily intense. Not like the time he sucked me. I tangled my fingers in his hair and moved my hips with his head, pulling away the same time he did and thrusting in slow.

It was like the first time all over again—all that head, that suction, the magic of his tongue. It made me drunk, made my tongue loose. Except this time I knew what was in his head when he did it. How he was desperate to please me, to treat my cock just right. His groaning grew higher pitched, more urgent. He fucking loved sucking my dick. And I realized that it made me feel like a god that he did. “Good,” I rumbled. “That’s good, Cal. Fucking suck it all up. Think you can make me come again? Try. Get that cum, little guy. You wanna own this dick? That’s rich. Look at you, you don’t own shit. This dick owns you, doesn’t it? You fucking dream about it, think about it all day... you want another taste. Work for it. Suck it out of me, good boy.”

Ding, ding, ding. Ding-ding. Ding. Ding ding ding.

Oh yeah—they fucking loved it.

Simon Strange loves coffee, red wine, craft beer, and men. Especially men. Especially the men you should never, ever screw...

What is it about the forbidden that gets our blood hot? Is it just the rebellious instinct to do what we're told is wrong? Those men we grew up with, the ones that were either always looking over us or always by our side—or chasing us around—the ones that say they don't want us, and would never ever... well, just this once, if you don't tell...

So that's what you get from Simon Strange. Stories of the forbidden, of the filthy, and the naughty, and the never-ever-tell, and of course, the strange. With nearly 150 reviews for his collection of erotica and romance, and an average of four and a half stars across the board, you'll almost certainly find something you like in the pages of his work.

Just be sure to bring a change of undies. ;)
