You Keep Breaking Us is a wonderful romance by Carrie Aarons. But, omg, the pain and angst is heavy in this one throughout.

Bevan and Callum have a long and sorted history. In this part of their journey, their relationship is broken. 

This is a story of love just not being enough to keep a relationship going. Their relationship is toxic and has been for many years. But the love has always remained. 

Bevan's life is one that includes trauma. She desperately needs to deal with her past before she can be in a proper relationship. It's hard to read, but it's great seeing her path in the long run. 

Their story includes finding a way to live without the one you love. Their story includes two people who need to learn to stop pushing each other's buttons and to be respectful and honest with one another. 

This is their journey towards healing. They both have some things to work on, with Bevan having the brunt of the work to do on herself. 

You Keep Breaking Us is a compelling second chance (or more like umpteenth chance) romance. Carrie Aarons brings a lot or realistic feel to this book and I couldn't put it down.

Just About Over You is a riveting friends to lovers romance by Carrie Aarons. I absolutely love this book!

This story includes a group of college roommates and friends. It's messy and complicated at times, but they all have a strong bond that I admire. 

Gannon and Amelie have been best friends for what seems a lifetime. Their relationship is strong and seems unbreakable, until it actually breaks. 

Their story includes a family crisis that brings the two back together. 

Their romance is beautiful. They have a lot of healing to do to repair the cracks in their friendship, but I love how much things strengthen throughout the process. 

We first met these two in Then You Saw Me, and damn, we knew immediately that Gannon was in hot water. I never expected him to redeem himself, and was pleasantly surprised with his story. 

Just About You is a must read for fans of new adult romances. This Carrie Aarons read is an addicting and compelling friends to lovers tale. I love it all!

If Only in My Dreams is a great Christmas romance by Carrie Aarons. 

This is a nice second chance romance for Madison and Porter. Things start off rough for the two, but Madison is the perfect person to put Porter in his place. 

I love second chance romances and love the way this one develops and unfolds throughout. We get to see the ugly feelings at the beginning, with the tension being easily felt by the reader. But the fun really starts when the two begin to get in touch with their feelings. 

This is a story that is full of fears and doubts, as no one wants to be hurt twice. Their past is loaded with misunderstandings and pain. It's an enemies to lovers story that's full of small town charm. 

The writing is great, with an enjoyable storyline written in alternating pov. The author makes the feelings and emotions jump off the pages, and the sex is definitely hot. 

If Only in My Dreams is another fabulous Carrie Aarons romance. Any fan of Carrie will be delighted with this read. And if you haven't yet read one of Carrie's books, what are you waiting for?

Tagging Up is the fifth book in the Callahan Family series. This Carrie Aarons tale is easily read as a standalone. 

It's slow going for Anna and Clark, as they deal with a lot before truly finding one another. 

I enjoy the way they run in the same circles and have known one another long before anything happens. And, ohhh...I enjoy the way they first come together.

They're certainly hot together, even if they are forbidden. 

Their story includes a baseball player who's a playboy. It includes a death in the family and grief. And it includes a girl who's confident and knows what she wants. 

Oh man, Clark is simply wonderful. I love his internal monologues and all the emotions he brings to life. The author expertly illustrates the pain he's experienced and the reason he has lived the life of a playboy. 

I love their relationship and the way everything develops between them. It all starts with sparks and lust, develops more with some opening up and honesty, and ends up with love and some beautiful moments. 

Written in alternating first person pov, everything about these two characters come to life. The writing is great, the emotions are high, and the sex is sizzling. Add in all the amazing secondary characters and this one is fabulous.

Tagging Up is a fabulous addition to the Callahan Family series. Everything about this Carrie Aarons book kept me quickly turning the pages. I love it all.

Then You Saw Me is a fun college romance. I love this genre so I was elated to get to read this Carrie Aarons book. 

This starts off with a group of great friends. Four girls. Best friends. All roommates. But making this fun is that they also live with some guys. 

And then a new roommate shows up. And it happens to be the guy Taya has been crushing on forever. And ohhh, I quickly fell into this one hook, line, and sinker. 

I enjoy that the author quickly and easily gives us a good background for these characters. It's all written without every being too detailed, but sets the scene perfectly.

Austin's family has caused him a lot of pain over the years. As well, it's kept him from making a lot of connections, never knowing if someone's intentions are honorable. 

Taya's family is also a complicated one, as she has always felt invisible; always in her sister's shadow. 

Seeing Austin finally give in and act on his attraction to Taya is awesome. And damn, they are amazingly hot together. Just sizzling! 

Of course their story isn't all easy going. Both have their family issues to deal with, as well as some unfortunate circumstances they face. 

Then You Saw Me is an emotional and riveting romance. This Carrie Aarons read had me mesmerized throughout. I love the characters, the storyline, and all the emotions. It's a must read if you enjoy college romances.
