Blurb
Brett Rocha retired from pro-hockey while still at the top of his game. Co-owner of a chain of restaurants and an inherited ice skating academy, he seems to have it all. Despite his fame, wealth, and good fortune, though, Brett suddenly finds himself painfully alone.
Ex-Olympic figure skating star Rylan Hennessy transitioned to professional ice dancing with Celia, Brett’s sister and Rylan’s lifelong partner on the ice. Then tragedy strikes, and Rylan’s world is turned upside down, too.
With the unexpected death of Celia, Brett and Rylan are drawn together through their mutual grief. Their bond strengthens when Brett introduces Rylan to BDSM, a lifestyle Rylan has never experienced before. While the mystery of Celia’s murder still needs to be solved, a second tragedy threatens to tear them apart.
Will their relationship survive, or will love be enough to see them through this life altering, harrowing change?

REVIEW
My Rating - 4 Stars!
Can we all just admit that the cover for Edge Jump is beautiful? Seriously, this is one stunning cover.
Ok, now for the story. Brett and Rylan have known each other for years, as Brett's sister, Celia, has been Rylan's skating partner since they were young. When Celia is killed, the two start to bond, through their mutual grief, as well as through some hot BDSM sex.
Brett introduces Rylan to the world of BDSM. which leads to some fantastic steamy scenes, as well as some heartfelt moments. Rylan feels comfort in the act of submitting, as he is always in charge on the ice. He relishes being able to let go and be told what to do.
In between romantic moments, Brett and Rylan are trying to figure out who killed Celia and why. This plotline seems to be more of a tool to have the men get together than a tough to solve mystery.
Edge Jump is well written, fast paced, romantic, hot, and faces some tough issues. I love reading about figure skating and some of the background stuff they have to deal with. I also enjoy that Rylan, the figure skater, falls for the big, tough ex-hockey player, Brett. It's a wonderful tale of opposites that is heart-melting.
Some memorable lessons to take from this book are -
It's ok to not be perfect and to have flaws.
It is ok to ask for help and accept help.
I definitely recommend Edge Jump to anyone who loves a kinky BDSM relationship between an older, experienced Dom and his younger, completely inexperienced submissive. Elizabeth Noble certainly does a great job with this story!
Thank you!
